Farm Storytime

We headed down to the farm this week for storytime. The highlight was from all the puppets on Old MacDonald’s Farm.

Puppets: Old MacDonald Had a Farm with puppets

I hid all the puppets behind a bench. When I got to “had a ____” I would bring out a puppet. We sang the rest of the song with the children joining in. We had cow, chicken, pig, duck, sheep, dog, turkey and cat. After the animal’s verse was done, we said “bye, bye” to the animal and started the next verse. At the end, I let them pet the cat.

Old MacDonald had a farm, E-I-E-I-O
And on his farm he had a…….. cow, E-I-E-I-O
With a “moo-moo” here and a “moo-moo” there
Here a “moo” there a “moo”
Everywhere a “moo-moo”
Old MacDonald had a farm, E-I-E-I-O
