Craft/Activity: Tidepool Touch
This storytime I changed it to an activity instead of a craft. I purchased a lot of plastic sea stars and brought in shells and other creatures that looked like they belonged in a tidepool. I was going to do the activity outside, but it was was very hot. Instead, I added just a bit of water and let them touch the creatures. Several kids loved it and stayed 30 minutes!
