We are talking about the letter B today, so it’s bath time at the library! Not really but we did have lots a fun with bubbles, books, balloons and music!

Song: This is the Way We Wash Our Head
This is a fun song, but the children are also identifying body parts. Children are encouraged to touch each body part with a scarf.
This is the way we wash our head,
Wash our head,
Wash our head.
When we are in the bath.
This is the way we wash our knees,
Wash our knees,
Wash our knees.
When we are in the bath.
Other body parts: hands, elbows, wrists, hips, calves, ankles. After my last one, I took suggestions from the kids. I got ears and tummy.

Craft: Bubble stamps
We made stamps using bubble wrap. For the large bubbles we cut large bubbles from the wrap and stuck it to a small cup. For the small bubbles, we cut a square of small bubble wrap and wrap it around a craft stick.

We made the picture stamps made out of bubble wrap, big and small.
